The ELGAR design study is the starting point to apply for EU integration activities, proposing a starting community followed by an advanced community that will rely, take advantage, and benefit to existing local research infrastructures initiatives linked to ELGAR
TEAM WORK AND ETHICS
Intense networking, coordination and dissemination events are foreseen. A coordinator from IOGS will coordinate overall scientific activities with proactive leadership
by each Participant. The Coordinator and all Participants engaged in
the ELGAR Design study proposal fully commit the philosophy
and implementation of gender equality in science.
ELGAR will undertake efforts to encourage
women in science and the recruitment
of women at equal
merit.
