Thus, ELGAR would enable studies of Earth and\nthe location and movements of various fluids in the Earth.\nThis has various environmental impacts. For example, with\nthe increased demand of water, the importance and study\nof aquifers has grown. The assessment and management\nof groundwater resources constitute a huge challenge to\nmitigation of the adverse effects of climate change.
